Gingerbread biscuits are a good treat for Christmas especially if you have a good recipe. My mum made really good biscuits for Halloween two weeks ago. We decorated them with dark chocolate and white chocolate. We decorated them with different types of sprinklers.
The recipe for Gingerbread biscuits
- Time: about 30 mins
- serves: 4 plates
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups of honey
- 3/4 cups of butter (about 150 g)
- 2/3 cups of sugar
- approximataly 500-550g of wheat flour
- 1 pack of gingerbread spice (20g)
- 1 teaspoon fo baking soda or baking powder
- 1 egg
My advice
- I'd recommend to use white frosting for decoration
- This recipe is also good to make a gingerbread house
